COMMISSION INFO

  • ​For complex designs, extra characters etc will have an added fee.

  • I will not draw NSFW, mecha or overly technical things.

  • If I don't think I'll be able to draw your character well, it's within my rights to decline the commission.

  • If something happens and I can't continue with your commission, you will get a full refund. 

TURNAROUND TIME

I'll usually complete the commission within 1-4 weeks. I'll notify you if anything changes.​

HOW TO COMMISSION ME

Send me an email to madeleinefjallart@gmail.com with what kind of commission you want and details about your character. The more information the better. :)

Everything you believe I need to know to make this as smooth as possible!

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • I'll email to confirm everything and send payment details. (50/50 through paypal)

  • When I've recieved half of the payment I'll start with the commission.

  • I'll send you a sketch, and with your approval I'll continue to render it. You will have time at this stage to make a few changes if you so desire.

  • When I'm done I'll send you the final piece through email after the last part of the payment has been done. I'll accept smaller changes at this stage.

LEGAL INFORMATION

  • The rights to all art I make belongs to me, which means I'm allowed to sell prints etc with this artwork.

  • You may not sell or change the artwork.

  • I am allowed to use the art in my portfolio and social media.

  • You can use the artwork for non-commercial things like profile picture, post online, print for yourself etc.
